SSL Certificates: True BusinessID with Extended Validation (EV)

Vitaire uses the GeoTrust® True BusinessID with EV (Extended Validation), which is GeoTrust's premium business-class SSL security product.

This is visually confirmed as the highest level of authentication available among SSL certificates by the green bar. You can see this, when you are on the Shopping Cart Checkout page. This is the page that shows "enter payment information" in red in large letters near the top of the page. The address bar on this page will turn green in a high-security browser. The organization field next to it will also turn green. The organization field will then start to very slowly change back and forth between Vitaire Corp and GeoTrust.

Security features include: business identity authentication, strong 256-bit encryption and 2048-bit root.
